This 50/50 blend brings together our Mayan Decaf and Union Blend, and it’s our nod to one of Pittsburgh’s astounding 446 bridges. A major part of Pittsburgh’s past, the Hot Metal Bridge was once used to transport molten metal across the Monongahela River. Today the bridge has a new, sustainable use as a bike and pedestrian walkway. This ecofriendly blend has a chocolaty aroma with flavors of cocoa nibs and hints of lemon and berry. This Fair Trade Organic coffee is just the right combo of Central American, Indonesian and African beans to produce a classic Italian style espresso with our own little twist. This coffee is chocolatey, nutty, full bodied, modestly acidic, slightly sweet with a crisp clean finish.
