A dark roast for lovers of strong cups! This blend of three different Latin American origins entices the pallet with aromas of dark chocolate and flavors of deep, rich, chocolate and nut. The overall cup is bold, full bodied, moderate acidity, and slightly smoky, with a nice lingering dark coffee flavor. No bitter after taste only smooth comfort. This Catuai and Bourbon varietals is one of our finest offerings yet! This coffee has yummy hints of honey and raspberry. The overall cup is bright, smooth, crisp and clean with plenty of body. Sumatran coffees are known for their unique earthy flavor and this organic, fairly-traded bean is no exception. On the nose you’ll enjoy hints of cocoa, berry and clove. In the cup flavors of chocolate cherry truffle and slightly spicy flavors unfold. Dark roasted to perfection, this coffee is sweet, smooth, full bodied, moderately acidic with a mild earthy finish.
Who says decaf can’t taste just as a good as regular coffee? This Fair Trade Organic, Honduran decaf, really surprised us! It is hands down one of best decafs we’ve tasted. Unlike traditional decafs which uses chemicals in the decaffination process, our Sunset Decaf beans were soaked in only natural, mountain spring water to extract caffeine. It works great as a dark roast, and we can detect delicious chocolate brownie and almond with a hint of lemon in each cup. 12 oz

Whiskey Barrel-Aged Coffee
ROAST: Medium Dark
We are proud to announce the limited release of our Whiskey Barrel-Aged coffee! We aged raw, single origin, Peruvian beans for over two months in rye whiskey, barrels furnished by Pittsburgh’s Wigle Whiskey, an organic distillery. During the aging process, we periodically rolled the barrels to ensure maximum exposure of all green beans to the aromatic sides. After aging the green beans, we slow roasted them almost to second crack, to a medium dark roast (full city), which we feel produces the perfect balance of whiskey and coffee flavor. Match it up against the real thing, and let us know if we’ve done our job. It is the perfect compliment to a chocolaty dessert or morning pastry and tastes great with milk and honey.
